FAQ

Questions from facility teams

Don't see your question? Call us at (562) 867-0811.

How often do you visit our facility?

Our podiatrists visit on a regular, pre-arranged schedule. Routine foot care for each resident is generally provided about every 61 days, in line with Medicare guidelines.

Do you provide urgent or same-day visits?

No. All care is provided during our regularly scheduled visits. For urgent concerns between visits, please contact the resident's attending physician or emergency services.

What does our staff need to do?

Very little. Our office coordinates the visit list with your team before each visit, and our podiatrist works alongside your nursing staff on the day.

How is the care paid for?

We bill Medicare and participating insurance plans directly. If a resident's plan isn't on our list, please contact our office before the visit.

How is resident consent handled?

The resident or their responsible party signs our consent form before the first visit. Verbal consent can also be documented with facility staff when a family member can't sign in person.

Which areas do you serve?

Skilled nursing facilities in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino–Riverside and San Diego counties.
